Why mountain lots need their own plan
Signal Mountain is the local name for the southern end of Walden Ridge, and the town sits right on top of it. The ridge drops off steeply on its eastern side, and the south edge of town looks down on the Tennessee River. Lots up here often mix slopes, rock and thick growth around the house, so we check how the ground falls and where water will go before the work starts. This is our home base, and we want more of this work close to home.
